Our storyWellshare Collection + marketplace

From beautiful practitioner rooms to a smarter way to find space.

What started as beautifully designed practitioner spaces has grown into a marketplace helping practitioners find better rooms, and helping good rooms find the right practitioners.

Origin

A doctor with an entrepreneur's eye for better systems.

Dr Anthony Bloomfield founded Wellshare after building a health business from the ground up in Sydney CBD. He understood the practitioner problem from inside the room, but the Wellshare idea was bigger than one person's workaround. It was a design and technology challenge hiding in plain sight.

How do you remove the stress around space? How do you make professional rooms easier to discover, easier to share and easier to trust? How do you make independent practice feel more supported without making it feel corporate? Wellshare grew from those questions.

Dr Anthony Bloomfield, founder of Wellshare
"The room is only the beginning. What matters is the whole experience around it: the design, the arrival, the enquiry, the community and the sense that practising independently does not have to feel so hard."

Design before density

Wellshare was never just about filling rooms. Anthony started with the feeling of practice: how a room looks, how a client arrives and how calm the day feels when the space is doing its job.

Technology behind the calm

The platform grew around a simple belief: technology should remove friction, not add another dashboard to worry about. Search, enquiries and listings should make practice lighter.

Community with structure

The community matters because practice can be isolating. The structure matters because good intentions still need rooms, systems and clear pathways that actually work.

The first space

The first rooms proved the ethos.

The first Wellshare space started as an empty shell. Fitting it out was not cosmetic. It was a statement: environment changes confidence, and confidence changes the way practitioners and clients experience care.

Then came the technology lesson. Beautiful rooms only help if the right people can find them, understand them and enquire without friction. Wellshare became a bridge between thoughtful space design and practical room discovery.

Evolution

From designed hubs to a smarter room network.

The Wellshare Collection proved what good practice infrastructure can feel like: calm rooms, flexible use, client-friendly presentation and a sense of being part of a serious, generous professional community.

The marketplace carries that ethos into technology. It gives practitioners a clearer way to search, and gives clinics a way to put underused rooms to work without losing the human judgement that space decisions need.

Mission and values

Are you Wellshare in?

Wellshare exists to remove stress from the business of practice. The work is part design, part technology and part community-building: better rooms, clearer search, smarter use of space and a more supported way to practise.

Remove practice stress

Make it easier to find the right room, understand the next step and practise without carrying unnecessary lease pressure.

Design for belonging

Create spaces and systems where practitioners feel part of something considered, professional and human.

Use technology carefully

Let software handle discovery, enquiries and spare capacity so people can spend more energy on the work itself.

Make capacity useful

Help clinic owners put good rooms to work and help practitioners access professional space without overcommitting too early.

Keep raising the standard

Bring better design, clearer pathways and more thoughtful infrastructure to the everyday reality of independent practice.

Practitioner voices

The room matters. The people around it do too.
